<< Project Coordination Specialist: Full-time>>

1. Type: Full-Time Position

 

2. Responsibilities

 Receive and process order entry in a timely manner.

 Release purchase orders and manage them using our database (SAP)

 Generate and manage all sales-related supporting documents.

 Receive and process invoices from vendors by their required due dates.

 Communicate with customer and HQ in Korea regarding sales order and quotes.

 Communicate with outside vendors including freight companies for freight arrangements

 Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges

 Performing other duties as assigned

 

3. Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree required.

 Must be familiar and have practical experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other applicable software.

 Complex problem-solving skills required.

 Detail oriented and organizations skills required.

 Preferred experience in logistics realted tasks.

 Effective communication in both Korean and English.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

1. Type: Part-Time Position

 4 hrs./day -> 20 hrs./week

$20/hr.

 

2. Responsibilities

 Receive and process order entry in a timely manner.
