Seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to schedule MRI’s and other exams. Additional responsibilities include: coordinating patient care with referring physician offices, insurance authorizations, and working with manager, other team members and billing staff.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Requirement:  Bilingual Korean and English
• Multi-tasking in high-volume, fast-paced office
• Excellent telephone and personal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and programs
• High commitment to customer service
• Experience obtaining authorizations for a medical office is a plus
